Delete Your Account

Nabbee, operated by WKL Labs. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest): Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, read the warning, and confirm. Your account is deactivated and anonymized immediately.

By email: If you can't access the app, email hello@wkllabs.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number, and profile details (anonymized)
  • Your login — you will no longer be able to sign in
  • Saved preferences and favorites

What we retain, and why

To meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations, we retain certain records in anonymized or pseudonymized form, including:

  • Booking and appointment records
  • Payment and payment-verification records (including proof submitted)
  • Audit logs of security-relevant actions

These records are no longer linked to your public profile and are kept only as long as the law requires.

After deletion

  • Deletion of your profile is effectively immediate when done in-app.
  • Your email is freed, so you can create a new account later if you wish.
