This policy applies to customers using Nabbee.

1. Accurate details

Provide accurate contact information and booking details.

2. Honest payment

Only submit genuine payment proof. Submitting fake, edited, or reused payment screenshots is fraud and will result in cancellation and possible account suspension.

3. Attendance

Arrive on time for confirmed bookings. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book or require deposits.

4. Respectful conduct

Treat shop staff and providers with respect. Harassment or abuse may result in account restriction.

5. Your data & rights

You can view your booking and payment status, manage your profile, and request account deletion (Settings → Account → Delete Account, or /delete-account on the web).

6. Reporting problems

Report issues with a shop, a booking, or a payment through in-app support.
