Service Provider Policy

This policy applies to business owners, service providers, and staff using Nabbee.

1. Accurate information

Keep your services, prices, schedules, availability, and payment details accurate and up to date.

2. Honoring bookings

Honor confirmed bookings. If you must cancel, do so promptly and follow the Refund / Cancellation Policy, including refunding deposits for shop-initiated cancellations of confirmed bookings.

3. Payment verification

Review submitted payment proofs fairly and promptly. Do not approve proofs you know to be fraudulent. Use the provided fraud signals (duplicate reference, reused file, amount mismatch) responsibly.

4. Customer data

Access customer data only as needed to deliver the service. Do not misuse, sell, or disclose customer data. Staff may only access bookings and data appropriate to their role.

5. Professional conduct

Treat customers and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Staff & permissions

Owners are responsible for the sub-accounts (manager, receptionist, staff) they create and the permissions they grant.

7. Verification

We may request information to verify a business or provider before granting a verification badge or certain features.

8. Suspension

Violations — especially fraud, safety, or repeated no-shows — may lead to restriction or suspension.
