These Terms govern your use of Nabbee, operated by WKL Labs. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Nabbee is an appointment-booking platform that connects customers with service businesses (e.g. salons, barbershops, spas). We provide the booking and payment-verification tools; the services themselves are provided by the businesses, not by us.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Roles include customer, service provider/staff, and business owner; each has different permissions.
Bookings are subject to availability and the shop's policies. Where a deposit or payment proof is required, your booking is not confirmed until the payment is approved (or you select pay-on-arrival where offered). Manual payment proofs are verified for authenticity; fraudulent proof may result in cancellation and account action.
Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy and the individual shop's stated policy.
You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent payment proof, abuse, harass, or threaten others, attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Providers agree to honor confirmed bookings, keep schedules accurate, and follow the Service Provider Policy.
Report issues through in-app support. We may mediate disputes between customers and shops but are not a party to the underlying service contract.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraud, abuse, or safety reasons.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WKL Labs is not liable for the acts or omissions of businesses or customers, or for indirect or consequential damages.
Business owners may subscribe to a paid Nabbee plan. Plans, prices, and features are shown at checkout and in your Account. A free plan is available; paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you select (monthly or, where offered, annual).
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate for your plan, and you authorize WKL Labs, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. We bill on your subscription start date and on each renewal date thereafter. The amount billed may change if you change plans, if a promotion ends, or if we change prices; we will give advance notice of a price increase and, where required, obtain your consent. You can view invoices and manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account, where billing is handled through Stripe's secure billing portal.
Subscription billing is what you pay Nabbee. It is separate from the payments your customers make to you and from any payouts you receive. Cancellation and refund terms for subscriptions are in our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Separately from any subscription, Nabbee may charge a per-transaction platform fee on eligible payments your customers make through our integrated card processor (Stripe). The fee and how it is calculated are disclosed in your Account and, where applicable, at the time of the transaction. This fee currently applies only to card payments on the U.S. payment rail; cash, manually recorded payments, and non-U.S. payment methods (for example GCash, Maya, and bank transfer) carry no Nabbee transaction fee. We may change the fee or its structure with notice, and the current rate is always shown in your Account.
Prices and fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You may be responsible for sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods-and-services tax, or similar taxes on your subscription or fees. Where we are required to collect such taxes and have enabled tax collection for your market, any tax we collect will be shown at checkout or on your invoice; otherwise you remain responsible for self-assessing and remitting any tax due. You are also responsible for determining, charging, collecting, and remitting any taxes due on the services you provide to your own customers, and for the accuracy of the tax information you give us.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes may require renewed consent.
